Sweet tooth.

This week has started off with a bang! I’m finally transitioning into my new full time gig, diving head-first into a new fitness regimen and meal plan, and the household routine with little man is shifting some. While these are all wonderful things, they’re making for some very long days in my world! I don’t know about you, but when I’m exhausted at the end of a long day, I just want something sweet. So in an effort not to blow new said fitness regimen and/or meal plan, I whipped up a batch of these delicious, guilt-free pumpkin cranberry cookies!

I can’t take credit for the recipe, which you can find here. But they’re super easy to make! You can also add a few white chocolate chips if you deserve an extra treat or top them with a few nuts. The only problem you might have when you make these is only eating one!
